**News Letter**

Dear Provider,

Welcome to the new USTF system. This is a web-based system that is available to you 24/7. There are some new features added that we hope you will find valuable. The system can track client outcomes currently required by the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) at SAMHSA. You can check your client’s baseline outcomes and their outcomes at the end of each fiscal year, for both continuing and discharged clients. There is also a new Roster Report that allows you to check all your clients who are currently active in each program you provide. Other reports are planned and we welcome your feedback. The system includes all ICD-10 diagnoses codes. There is also a Ticket Management System (TMS) where you can submit any problems you may encounter for resolution.

Regards,

OIS - DMHAS

USTF Announcements
Please submit all questions or issues related to the USTF+ application through the ticket management module.

USTF+ has a robust ticket management system, intended to receive, track and respond to all inquiries about the application and its use. This is how to use ticket management.

  • From the main menu click on HELP => TICKET MANAGEMENT
  • Click on "Create Ticket"
  • Select Category, enter client id (if applicable), write detail description of the issue, attach screen shot (if applicable) and click on "SAVE". Please provide the consumers name for all "admission in progress" inquires and include a valid client ID for any issue related to a client record.
  • Upon SAVING the ticket an acknowledgement email will be sent to the user email tied to the login.
  • A second email will be sent to the ticket creator after DMHAS updates the ticket.
Login to the application and access ticket management, to see a response to your inquiry. Responses to all inquiries are accessed in the ticket management module.

As with the launch of a new application, many tickets have been submitted and staff are responding to them as quickly as possible.

In the near future, our goal is to respond to all tickets within 48-72 hours of submission.

Thank you for your continued partnership.

The new USTF now includes the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule (WHODAS) which assesses disability in adults age 18 years and older. It assesses disability across six domains, including understanding and communicating, getting around, self-care, getting along with people, life activities and participation in society.
